As a busy mom of two, she is a champion for realistic, individualized, and sustainable nutrition—whatever that means for you. In addition to her professional skills, Summer is also a person living with obesity who has lost and maintained more than 140 pounds (63.5 kg)—of course, not without challenges—over the past twenty years. GLP-1 medications changed her life and she now works to advocate for and educate others on this exciting new world of weight loss and nutrition.
