About the Author

Hannah Alderete is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in helping adult children of narcissists become their whole, authentic selves. When she’s not working with her clients, she spends most of her days reading fantasy and sci-fi, practicing yoga and meditation, and familiarizing herself with the latest Netflix series.

Hannah holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Brandman University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Washington. Her clinical training comprises relational, dynamic and emotion-focused psychotherapy with somatic underpinnings. Hannah hopes to pursue a PhD in the near future, but for now will happily fantasize about it. You can find her at heartfeltonlinetherapy.com and if you really go searching, she can probably be found wandering a trail behind her home in Los Angeles or in the produce aisle at Whole Foods.
